Description:
Inspired by the GM1, the ACE Biblio is a robust slicer built for daily carry in the woods or the city. With exceptional style and ergonomics this liner lock flipper offers a great performance oriented design that will look great wherever you carry it. This version comes with a satin finished M390 blade and solid bronze handle scales with natural canvas Micarta front inlay. Brand new, direct from GiantMouse Knives. Blade: Equipped with a handsome satin finish and crowned spine, the broad drop point blade deploys fast and smooth on bearings via the ambidextrous blade hole or index flipper. Jimping on the spine paired with the index choil allows for added control especially when cutting on flat surfaces, enabled by the upward blade angle. A tail height pairs with the thin blade and nearly full flat grind for excellent performance. Handle: Dark stonewashed solid bronze handle scales offer a hefty handle with chamfered edges for a comfortable, ergonomic grip and a natural canvas Micarta on the front for enhanced traction. Flat sides slide easily in and out of the pocket while a single, nested hardened steel liner forms the locking mechanism providing smooth operation and solid, reliable lock up for safe use. Stainless steel barrel spacers create an easy to maintain, open back construction which is completed with stainless Torx hardware and a generous lanyard hole. Carries via a reversible stainless steel wire clip. Bohler M390: Bohler M390 (analog to CPM-20CV and CTS-204P) is a premium powder metallurgy (PM) stainless steel with high level edge retention and corrosion resistance. A popular choice for high-end production and custom knives, M390 is relatively easy to sharpen, with toughness on par with 440C/154CM.
