I ordered this bag and was very excited for it to arrive. I've had it for a few days now, and here are my thoughts.First off, got the bag, no flag patch. Contacted the company through amazon and they said they'd ship a new one from china, haven't received it yet, but I guess that's what happens when it comes from abroad. Ordered another set of flags in the meantime.Onto the actual bag, it looks like a 10/10. Very attractive bag, but there are definitely a few issues. The clips seem decent to cheap, at best, and I'm not sure how long they'll survive. Stitching is pretty good. Biggest gripe is that the straps don't have 'cuffs' at the end- not sure what to call them- but if you expand the bag straps too much, they come undone and it's an embarrassing thing to see your backpack basically explode when you're just trying to readjust. don't understand the thought process there.Would I buy it, or other products from Crazy Ants again? Probably not, I think I will invest in a bag that costs more and hope that its craftsmanship is par for what I am paying for it. Til then, I will hack this thing to fix the straps, and hope the flag eventually gets here.

Great backpack. No rips or tears inside and out. Durable thick zippers so none have broken, jammed up and zipper ties have not broken off. If you can play Tetris well you can fit a considerable amount in here. Comfortable and I like the double buckles to strap onto chest and waist so it stays in its position while riding my motorcycle and adds comfort if overloaded to remain comfortable and distribute weight. Carries my everyday things and extra preparation items. Added a water bottle molle holder on the side, an 8x6 molle pouch on the side, and a medical molle pouch in the front. Very versatile backpack I recommend. Has all adjustment straps and buckled tightening straps to keep backpack tight and belongings tight. I use this backpack everyday and it goes pretty much everywhere with me. Great job Crazy Ants!

Incredible backpack for a reasonable price.
The overall storage and utility is very impressive. The shoulder straps are super comfortable.
The dimensions picture made it seem to skinny to fit my 15.6 laptop, but it does in the largest pocket (which is wider than the 9" shown)
I'm very satisfied with the quality of this bag and recommend it.

So far I have used this bag for school and traveling for work. I like all the different compartments as I like to keep my stuff organized. I like the zippers are easy to use. It makes it easy to access whatever I need in the bag without having to take everything out. I also like the straps that secure the pouches. It makes it more difficult for dishonest people to get in my bag and it is also great because, everything will not fall out if it tips over or if I drop it.

I was looking forward to getting this pack. Unfortunately what was sent to me was not what was pictured or described.

The pack sent to me featured a duffle style carry option and a different pocket configuration, which admittedly, could be a nice feature, but this layout isn’t what I wanted. Id provide pictures, but I’ve already repackaged the backpack for return to Amazon.

My 1 star rating is for the poor quality of keeping the product description up to date. If the pack pictured and described isn’t available, the company and Amazon have a responsibility to update that information.

Bottom line, my time has been wasted and I’m need of a quality pack at an affordable price that suits my needs.

I started the return process within minutes of discovering the pack wasn’t what I’d hoped and it has been approved pending the return of the product. Still it’ll be days before I get the credit back to my account. Plus I have to begin searching for a different pack that will suffice.

I’ve been a Prime member for some time now, and it seems the quality of service from Amazon has dropped steadily and significantly since I first signed up.

Update (8/29/2018): Just over a year later and this backpack is literally falling apart. Most of the inner pockets are frayed or have huge holes in them. I don't pack this tight and don't abuse it but time has taken a toll on this.

I'm still adjusting to this, I think I mostly like it. Don't put heavy items in the front bottom or top pouches it will bog the pack down. I do wish it had side pockets.

I agree with the other reviews. The bag isn't perfect, its on the heavy side for hiker, the waist belt could have been upgraded (it's like a seatbelt with crude adjustments), and you need to purchase a MOLLE compatible pouch for fast access water bottle (unless you are using a bladder). But those slight minuses are FAR outweighed by the fact this bag is under $35! Huge pluses besides the insane value: clamshell main compartment, top buckle system for stowing rain jacket or oversized item, durable nylon, beefy zippers and endless customization options.

Great bag. Lots and lots of storage space in this expandable bag. I bought it for use as a bug out bag and it's holding everything I wanted with room to spare. Good build quality, has held up really well so far. It's comfortable, I wouldn't want to pack it around for a full day and the hip straps aren't great but they do the job.
Overall a really good product for the price range.
